Terms and Conditions – Apparel Design Service

Add-ons & Extras

🔹 Additional revision: $50 per round
🔹 3D Mockups: $100+
🔹 Print-ready vector files: $50-$100
🔹 Rush delivery (48-72 hours): +25%-50% of total cost

1. Service Overview

By using our apparel design services, you agree to the following terms. We provide custom apparel designs, including T-shirts, jerseys, hoodies, jackets, and other clothing items for various purposes such as branding, teams, and promotional use.

2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon final approval of the design.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer.

  • Failure to complete the payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

3. Design Process & Revisions

  • Each package includes a set number of free revisions (as per the pricing plan).

  • Additional revisions beyond the limit will incur extra charges.

  • Revisions do not include major redesigns or complete concept changes.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Standard delivery times range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the design and the package chosen.

  • Rush orders are available at an additional cost.

  • Delays caused by client response time may affect the final delivery schedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary details (design preferences, brand guidelines, logos, colors, and any specific elements) before the project starts.

  • Clients confirm that they have the legal right to use any content (e.g., logos, text, or reference images) provided for the design.

6. Ownership & Copyright

  • Upon full payment, the final design belongs to the client for commercial or personal use.

  • We retain the right to use the design for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.

  • Source files (e.g., AI, PSD) are provided only upon request and may require an additional fee.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made before work begins are eligible for a 50% refund (minus transaction fees).

  • Once the initial concepts have been delivered, payments are non-refundable.

  • If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

8. Liability & Limitations

  • We are not responsible for printing errors or production defects if the design is used by a third-party manufacturer.

  • We do not guarantee that the design will meet trademark registration requirements unless specified.

  • Any project delays caused by client inaction or late feedback are not our responsibility.

9. Confidentiality

  • All client-provided content is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
