Terms and Conditions – Graphic Designs Service

1. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide the following graphic design services as per the selected package:

• Logo Branding & Identity Design

• Social Media Graphics

• Flyers, Posters & Business Cards

• Website Banners & Ads

• Packaging & Label Design

• Brochures & Marketing Materials

Custom design services may be provided upon request.

2. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit is required before work begins.

• Remaining 50% is due upon final delivery of designs.

• Payments are non-refundable once the design process has started.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $25 per revision.

• Rush orders (24-hour delivery) require an additional $50 fee.

3. Project Timeline

• Basic Package: 2-3 business days

• Standard Package: 4-5 business days

• Premium Package: 5-7 business days

• Enterprise Package: Ongoing monthly support

The timeline may vary depending on project complexity.

4. Revisions & Additional Work

• Each package includes a set number of revisions.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be charged separately.

• Any extra work not covered in the selected package will require an additional fee.

5. Ownership & Copyright

• The Client will receive full rights to the final design once payment is completed.

• The Service Provider retains the right to showcase the work in their portfolio.

• Any stock images or fonts requiring a separate license will be the responsibility of the Client.

6. Delivery Format

Final designs will be delivered in JPG, PNG, and PDF formats.
Editable source files (AI, PSD, EPS) are available upon request.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• The Client may cancel the project before design work begins for a full refund.

• Once the design process has started, no refunds will be issued.

• If the Client fails to provide necessary information within 7 days, the project may be put on hold or canceled without a refund.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive business information confidential and not share it with third parties.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• Misuse of the designs after delivery.

• Printing or third-party production issues.

• Copyright claims arising from Client-provided content.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with the governing laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
