Terms and Conditions – Video Editing Service

Add-ons & Extras:

• Scriptwriting: $50-$150

• Voiceover (professional talent): $100-$300

• Subtitles & captions: $50 per video

• Rush delivery (48 hours): +25%-50% of total cost

• Additional revisions: $50 each

1. Service Overview

By using our video editing services, you agree to the following terms. We provide professional video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production services based on the selected package.

2. Payment Terms

• A 50% upfront deposit is required before work begins.

• The remaining 50% balance is due upon final delivery.

• Payments can be made via PayPal, Western Union, or bank transfer.

• Failure to complete the payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

3. Revision Policy

• Each package includes a set number of free revisions (as stated in the pricing sheet).

• Additional revisions beyond the included limit will incur extra charges.

• Revisions do not include major content changes, such as a complete re-edit.

4. Turnaround Time

• Standard delivery times range from 3 to 14 business days, depending on the package.

• Rush orders are available at an additional cost.

• Delays due to client feedback response times will affect the final delivery schedule.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide all necessary materials (video footage, images, logos, scripts, music, etc.) before the project starts.

• Clients confirm that they have the legal right to use any content provided.

6. Ownership & Copyright

• Upon full payment, the final edited video belongs to the client.

• We retain the right to use the video for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made before editing begins are eligible for a 50% refund (minus transaction fees).

• Once editing has started, payments are non-refundable.

• If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

8. Liability & Limitations

• We are not responsible for any legal claims arising from the content provided by the client.

• We do not guarantee specific engagement, sales, or conversions from the edited videos.

• Any project delays caused by client inaction or late feedback are not our responsibility.

9. Confidentiality

• All client-provided content is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Agreement Acceptance

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
