3. Payment Terms

• Premium Plan: 21-30 business days

• Enterprise Plan: Timeline varies based on project scope

5. Revisions & Additional Work

• Each plan includes a set number of revisions.

• Additional revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at $50 per revision.

• Any extra features not included in the selected plan will require additional charges.

6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• The Client will own the final website once full payment is received.

• The Service Provider reserves the right to showcase the project in their portfolio.

7. Website Hosting & Maintenance

• The Client is responsible for their own hosting and domain unless otherwise agreed.

• Ongoing maintenance plans are available at an additional cost.

8. Termination & Refund Policy

• The Client may cancel the project before development begins for a full refund.

• Once development has started, payments are non-refundable.

• The Service Provider may terminate the contract if the Client fails to provide necessary assets, payments, or approvals within a reasonable timeframe.

9. Liability & Warranty

• The Service Provider is not responsible for third-party service failures (e.g., hosting, plugins, integrations).

• The Client is responsible for all content and images used on the website.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be settled in accordance with the governing laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
